Please consider this the highest commendation. We secured a limo for the day after Christmas to give my mother an outing from the extended care facility. Our mother is 84 years old an suffers from Parkinson's Disease and is now confined to a wheelchair. Also, affectionately, I can tell you that sometimes she is a real handful.

The driver arrived early at the right place, the right entrance and announced himself very professionally and patiently waited for us to arrange last minute meds and clothes, etc. The driver offered to escort my mother out to the limo by himself while I was busy attending to the details. Also, he was a very good sport while many excited well-wishers, waved balloons, cheered and snapped pictures of her getting into the limo that day.

Throughout the trip, he was pleasant, informative, thoughtful and so very helpful; we felt far beyond the call of duty. He praised his employers and promoted your service enthusiastically and I intend to
spread the word, because of him. It was a memorable three hour experience for us and we thank you again. We congratulate you for having such an exemplary driver. Thank him again for all of us.
